Lead and develop a team of hourly members to meet safety, quality, and daily production goals within the distribution center. Monitor performance, conduct root cause analysis for improvements, and coordinate operational throughput.
Requires a minimum of three years of multi-shift distribution center experience and some college education. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and working 12-hour shifts in a warehouse environment.
This position will work Shift 12A - Saturday to Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly team members. This position is also responsible for establishing daily production goals and will monitor stands to improve performance within their assigned department.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-shift distribution center experience
Education: Some college is preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
