Responsible for executing and analyzing CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels using Bloomreach CDP to drive customer loyalty. The role involves creating customer segments, monitoring engagement metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve retention and lifetime value.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of experience in Retail Analytics. Proficiency in SQL is required, while experience with Tableau or Alteryx is preferred.
This role is responsible for conducting analysis, measuring impacts, and making recommendations in support of our customer loyalty program and other Marketing initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities and answering business questions related to our loyalty customers and their shopping behavior.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Retail Analytics or related Business experience. Experience working with marketing programs a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
