Perform professional meat cutting, grinding, and processing while maintaining a clean and safe department. Provide high-quality customer service by offering product recommendations and preparation suggestions across multiple locations.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid King County Meat Cutter License and journey-level experience. Requires the physical ability to lift 60lbs and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
