Act as a brand ambassador by providing personalized shopping experiences and educating customers on cannabis products to drive sales. Maintain store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to legislative compliance.
Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience and a valid CanSell certification. Candidates must be at least 19 years old, pass a criminal background check, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

The Educator seeks information, knowledge and feedback. You understand customer service and ask great questions to uncover customer intentions in order to provide a personalized shopping experience. You demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility. The Educator's super power is creating elevated experiences.
