The Educator/Key Holder is responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, and coaching staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience. They also oversee store merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with all company and legislative standards.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of floor management experience and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Applicants are required to be at least 19 years old, hold a Can Sell certification, and pass a criminal background check.
Reporting to the Store Manager, Key Educator own an area of the retail business and use strong leadership skills to create an exceptional experience for retail staff and customers. As a member of the retail management team, you are accountable for results and achieving sales goals through effective floor management. You are capable of leading an engaged team and coaching in the moment to ensure Educators can provide a high-quality customer experience. You understand what it means to be a brand ambassador for Tokyo Smoke inside and outside of our stores.
Successful candidates will receive additional training to perform Key Holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store. Employees are eligible for the Key Holder hourly premium for any shifts in which they are scheduled to complete these duties.
