The Retail Backroom Coordinator is responsible for overseeing truck deliveries, processing merchandise, and ensuring efficient flow to the sales floor. They also train and mentor associates while maintaining high standards for store cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models exceptional customer service.
