The Loss Prevention Detective is responsible for conducting store surveillance, identifying internal and external theft, and performing apprehensions according to company policy. They also partner with store management to implement shrink reduction programs and maintain a safe environment for associates and customers.
The ideal candidate possesses basic computer, communication, and investigative skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule. Applicants should have 0-2 years of experience in retail or security and demonstrate sound judgment in unexpected situations.

Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs. Maintains positive relationships with Store Management. Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines. Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives. Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
