The Backroom Coordinator is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring the team processes goods efficiently. They also mentor associates, maintain backroom organization, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective floor replenishment.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models exceptional customer service.
