The Loss Prevention Detective is responsible for identifying and resolving internal and external theft while maintaining store safety and shrink reduction programs. They conduct apprehensions, perform surveillance, and partner with store management to ensure a secure environment.
Candidates should possess basic computer, communication, and investigative skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule. The role requires 0-2 years of retail or security experience and the ability to exercise sound judgment in unexpected situations.

Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs. Maintains positive relationships with Store Management. Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines. Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives. Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
