Perform in-house maintenance, assembly, and repair of rental equipment and attachments. Manage the loading, securing, and transporting of machinery for customers and internal needs.
Requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift over 70 pounds while working outdoors. Experience with construction equipment and power tools is preferred, with welding skills being a plus.

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Shop/Yard Technician to join our equipment rental team. This position involves in-house maintenance, equipment assembly, loading and unloading attachments, and securing equipment on trailers for customer pickup and unloading upon return. This is a hands-on job for someone who enjoys working with equipment, tools, trailers, and machinery in a fast-paced environment.
