The Field Superintendent will oversee 15–20 commercial roofing projects simultaneously, managing crews of 15–20 employees to ensure efficiency and quality. They will serve as the primary contact for builders and teams while maintaining strict quality assurance and safety standards.
Candidates must have extensive experience in production and commercial roofing environments with proficiency in various materials like tile, TPO, and PVC. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple job sites are mandatory.

We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage production roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.
