We’re seeking a Operations and Analytics Specialistto support reporting, inventory management, and logistics operations in Beverly, MA. This role focuses on analyzing operational data, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in Excel, with experience in operations, inventory, or logistics. If you enjoy turning data into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
This position will be based in our Beverly, MA office on a hybrid schedule.
Key Results Areas
Business Operations and Logistics:
Manage essential business reporting:
Metrics and Amazon order & reorder review support.
Track and report on warehouse activity and KPIs.
Continuously improve current operational processes and suggest necessary changes to better suit the needs of the company, working with other departments as necessary.
Manage operations process documents and SharePoint site. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure documents are current and reflect accurate operating procedures.
Support the traffic team with reports to better identify shipping priorities and improve process flow.
Backup Logistics Manager with warehouse management, audit requirements, month end order tracking, and other tasks as needed.
Edit and run reporting for inventory logistics, and operations team as necessary.
Finance:
Review, approve, and track tariff entries.
Manage US and international freight and logistics invoices
Monitor process documentation
Code and approve invoicing
Create reporting as needed for month end allocations and quarterly spending analysis
Assist monthly settlement kitting and refurbishment reporting for QDS business and settlement reports needed by finance.
Inventory/Warehouse:
Create and maintain inventory and warehouse reporting that will outline the month-to-month inventory carrying dollars and turn data with main objectives of outlining improvements/solutions and improving fill rates, turn times, and inventory costs.
Create the fill rate report, conduct analysis, and suggest actions to improve company stock levels
Assist & analyze Amazon shortfalls in weekly orders.
Support inventory by creating inventory replenishment reporting as needed (ad-Hoc)
Manage and oversee returned hurts/aged pallets reporting. Ensuring proper costs are applied and all approvals are in place, so list is actionable when sent to the Custom Sales Team.
Position Specifications
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
MS Office and systems proficiency.
Strong understanding of Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Flexible, willing to learn and takes ownership of work.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of inventory and 3PL warehouse policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
At least five years of experience in a related area (analytics, logistics, inventory) required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with coursework in purchasing and/or inventory control management.
