The Store Manager is responsible for driving turnover, managing expenses, and ensuring stock shrinkage is within company standards. They also oversee people management, including recruitment and performance, while executing in-store merchandising and customer service strategies.
Candidates must hold a Matric certificate and possess at least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a store leadership role. Strong leadership behaviors and a passion for sports and fitness are essential for this position.
