The Sales Associate is responsible for proactively greeting customers, building lasting relationships, and selling tile products to meet individual sales goals. They must also educate customers on product installation and use while maintaining professional standards and tracking store orders.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Proficiency in basic mathematics and computer skills, along with a keen sense of design and the ability to multitask under pressure, is required.

With a network that comprises more than 140 stores, we offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff and amazing customer service.
• Proactively greet customers professionally

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
