Merchandising Execution Associates perform in-store merchandising activities such as planogram maintenance, display setup, and overhead organization to enhance the customer experience. They work in teams to ensure products are displayed correctly, maintain aisle cleanliness, and provide superior service to customers.
Candidates should have at least one year of relevant work experience and possess basic computer skills. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks like bending, lifting, and reaching in a warehouse environment.
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) perform in-store merchandising service activities such as merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, overhead organization, and display/signage maintenance designed to enhance the customer experience. MEAs execute merchandising strategies and ensure product is displayed correctly to drive sales and maximize inventory turns. MEAs work in teams with on-site supervision, and provide service to multiple departments in the stores. These associates execute approved general bay service, tasking, projects and resets safely, accurately and efficiently. MEAs must build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
