Lead the meat and seafood department by directing team members, managing inventory, and ensuring pricing integrity. Responsibilities include expertly cutting and trimming products while coaching staff to provide excellent guest service.
Requires at least 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurants, or culinary arts. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and obtain TFMA certification within 90 days of hire.

As the Meat and Seafood Manager, you are taking the lead in directing team members, managing department inventory, pricing integrity and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency and effectiveness and a passion for excellence to drive results.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
