The Deli Specialist is responsible for maintaining product freshness, executing planograms, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. They also engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience while supporting inventory accuracy and department readiness.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Do you have a passion for food? Are you committed to delivering an excellent experience for guests? As the Deli Specialist, you will provide deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $15.73 per hour
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
