The Sales Teammate is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience by providing legendary customer service and assisting guests with merchandise selection. They also perform operational tasks such as cashiering, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing visual merchandising standards.
No prior experience or training is required for this position. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds, and must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Summary
The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in a retail store. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
