The Retail Pricing Specialist is responsible for analyzing pricing and margin data, executing pricing decisions across the store network, and ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. This role collaborates with various departments to maintain pricing accuracy and support process improvements.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in retail pricing, merchandising, or analytics, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
The Retail Pricing Specialist is a key contributor to Aubuchon’s product strategy, responsible for analyzing pricing and margin data, executing pricing decisions across our store network, and ensuring our pricing remains competitive and profitable. This role works closely with the Director of Product and cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.
This is a hybrid role in our Support Center in Westminster, MA.
