Role
Overview
A
hands-on leadership role not a managerial one. You will independently lead Pre
Sales and Solution Strategy, owning everything from solution and
architecture to RFP responses, PoCs, and customer presentations. You will work
closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Leadership teams. A startup mindset
is highly preferred.
What You
Will Do
· Understand customer requirements and convert them into structured
solution approaches
· Lead solution architecture discussions across multiple technology
domains
· Own end-to-end RFP / RFQ / EOI / Government tender and enterprise bid
responses
· Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, architecture diagrams,
implementation methodologies, and scope definitions
· Build and deliver customer presentations, solution decks, demos, and
PoCs
· Support effort estimation, deal sizing, costing, and bid strategy
discussions
· Evaluate emerging technologies AI, Cloud, Open Source, Digital
Government, Enterprise Automation
· Create reusable proposal templates, solution accelerators, and
frameworks
· Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure quality submissions within
deadlines
Required
Experience & Skills
· 8–15 years in Pre Sales, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Consulting,
Technical Proposal Management, or Digital Transformation
· Strong domain depth in at least two: Government ERP / IFMIS · Tax
Administration (ITAS) · IAM / Digital Identity · Enterprise ERP · NGO &
Donor Systems · Digital Government Platforms · AI Enterprise Solutions
· Proven experience responding to large Government and enterprise RFPs
· Hands-on capability to independently create solution architectures,
technical proposals, PoCs, and customer-facing documents
· Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs &
integrations, Cloud & open-source ecosystems, databases, security &
IAM, and modern software delivery.
