The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer bridges the gap between technical solutions and customer needs by designing tailored communication architectures and delivering technical demonstrations. They support the sales cycle by leading discovery workshops, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with product teams to share market insights.
Candidates need 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture within the Telecom, UCaaS, or SaaS industries. Proficiency in English and strong technical expertise in SIP, CPaaS, and conversational AI are required.
