Manage the end-to-end production process and seasonal workflows to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Build and maintain relationships with global factories and suppliers while overseeing material procurement and costing.
Requires 4-6+ years of experience in apparel production, sourcing, or manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of garment construction. Proficiency in PLM, ERP, and Excel is preferred, along with experience managing overseas suppliers.

We're seeking an Associate Manager, Production to play a critical role in bringing Taylor Stitch products to life. While experience in menswear is a plus, we're equally interested in candidates with strong apparel production expertise who are excited to contribute to a premium lifestyle brand committed to quality, craftsmanship, and responsible manufacturing.
Reporting to the Director of Production & Sourcing, you'll help manage the end-to-end production process across all product categories, ensuring our products are delivered on time, meet our quality standards, and align with our commitment to responsible manufacturing.
This role sits at the intersection of product creation, supply chain execution, and vendor management. You'll collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and our global network of factories and suppliers to keep products moving seamlessly from concept to customer.
