The associate is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and explaining products and services. They also manage inventory, process customer orders, and resolve complaints to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Candidates should have previous experience in sales or customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
