The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. They also assist the Store Manager in daily operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Candidates must be sales-driven and people-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. An interest in the fashion and swimwear industry and a professional appearance are required.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs as well as present and answer questions about our products and services. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s success.
