• Orchestrate Seamless Logistics: You are the grand dispatcher, artfully balancing vehicle scheduling, asset tracking, and relocation strategy to ensure the right gear is in the right place at the right time.
  
• Champion Absolute Safety & Compliance: You serve as our guardian of the road, vigilantly upholding DOT and National Park Service standards through proactive safety training, rigorous driver record management, and incident-free performance.
  
• Drive Financial & Operational Excellence: You manage the bottom line like a pro, balancing fleet budgets, streamlining invoice workflows, and making smart procurement decisions that keep our operations lean and mean.

Work Environment

Requirements

Required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  

• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and safety regulations.
  

• Proficient with spreadsheets, scheduling software, and digital recordkeeping.
  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than one ticket in the past three years).
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities associated with vehicle management.
  

• Willingness to have a flexible schedule and be available to assist when problems arise.
  

Preferred

• 2 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, or related fields.
  

• Experience in travel, transportation, or tourism-related industries.
  

• Knowledge of ELD systems, Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) compliance, and DOT regulations.
  

• Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet tracking platforms.
  

• CDL or passenger endorsement (not required, but advantageous).
