Lead labour planning and operational performance for the North American Propane Division by building models to optimize cost-to-serve and delivery efficiency. Manage a team of analysts to provide consulting-grade insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 7-10+ years of experience in consulting, FP&A, or logistics strategy. Must possess strong analytical rigor, fluency in SQL and BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex financial outcomes to executives.

Within this transformation, the Manager, Strategic Planning & Operational Performance plays a critical role for our North American Propane Division, shaping our approach to labour, capacity, and cost‑to‑serve, and turning those insights into decisions that improve operational and financial performance.
You will lead labour planning for the division, build and refine operational models, and guide a team of analysts to deliver consulting‑grade insights that enhance delivery efficiency and cost‑to‑serve. The role provides significant exposure to senior leaders across Logistics, Operations, and Finance, with the opportunity to grow alongside a high‑impact, evolving function.
