Perform routine and emergency HVAC, plumbing, and general handyman service calls for light commercial customers. Complete all necessary documentation and provide observations to support replacement quotes for follow-on work.
Candidates must have previous experience in HVAC and maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle physical workloads. Preference is given to those with their own work truck, tools, and insurance coverage.
