The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, identifying vehicle service needs, and promoting company products and services. They must also provide accurate quotes, communicate technician recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess or be able to obtain an Arizona driver's license and State Inspector license. Prior experience as a service advisor is preferred, and the ability to work weekends is required.
