This position is responsible for meeting the quality and production levels for production work in the retread plant while adhering to safety and training rules/regulations. Works as part of a team to ensure that sales, unit, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved for assigned retread plant. Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
