Stepping Stones Therapy is hiring a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year to support a middle school caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates looking to grow in a collaborative, student-focused environment with dedicated mentorship and clinical support.

Position Overview

  • Position: Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Setting: Middle School
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, following the school calendar
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • CFY Candidates: Strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
  • Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements.
  • Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.
