You will lead the engineering strategy, platform modernization, and delivery execution for enterprise service enablement platforms including ServiceNow and Atlassian. This role involves driving high-velocity delivery, managing vendor relationships, and advancing AI-enabled service experiences across the organization.
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive technology experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams. A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, along with hands-on fluency in enterprise service management, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.

Benefits and partner experience

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
