The Guest Care team member serves as the first and last point of contact for salon guests, guiding them through their experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing retail transactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail or guest service experience. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings in a fast-paced environment.
