The role involves drafting and reviewing legal and tax documents, as well as participating in corporate reorganizations and transaction structuring. The candidate will provide legal advice and guide clients in implementing tailored tax strategies.
Candidates must be members of the Quebec Bar with a Master's degree in taxation and at least 2 years of experience. Bilingualism is required as a significant portion of the clientele is English-speaking.
