Support the organization and evaluation of coaching programs and maintain direct communication with customers, coachees, and coaches. Assist in coach onboarding, event organization, and the development of customer-centric products and processes.
Ideally pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, or Business Administration with a strong interest in leadership and organizational development. Requires native-level German, very good English, and a structured, independent way of working.

Für unser Customer-Success-Team suchen wir einen engagierten Praktikant*in mit Interesse an Psychologie, HR, Coaching und organisationaler Entwicklung.
Ab Tag 1 arbeitest Du aktiv an laufenden Kundenprojekten und Coaching-Programmen mit. Der Fokus liegt auf der Begleitung von Entwicklungsprozessen, der Qualitätssicherung und der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen u. a.:
Mitarbeit an laufenden Coaching-Programmen (Organisation, Kommunikation, Auswertung)
Du bringst vor allem Neugier, Empathie und Struktur mit. Alles andere lernst Du bei uns.
Idealerweise:
Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Tiefe Einblicke in moderne HR-Arbeit, Coaching und Leadership-Entwicklung
