The CAD Technician creates detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs for electromechanical systems to drive projects from concept to prototype. They are responsible for refining models, performing pre-prototype testing, and maintaining design documentation in the database.
Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Drafting or Engineering and preferably 3 years of experience in a CAD Designer role. A SolidWorks certification and proficiency in 3D modeling tools are required.

Pay Rate: $28.12 – $32.62
As a CAD Technician, you’ll play a hands‑on role in turning innovative ideas into precision‑engineered reality.Supporting the Engineering team, you’ll create high‑impact 2D and 3D mechanical designs that drive projects fromconcept to prototype. Using advanced CAD tools, you’ll interpret technical specifications, refine models, andensure every drawing meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers to review and revise designs, perform pre‑prototype testing on 3Dmodels, and keep projects on track within timelines and budgets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives ondetail, problem‑solving, and teamwork—and who enjoys working on complex electromechanical systems fromstart to finish.
