Drive the digitalization and automation of processes within the Energy department, acting as a link between SCADA and IT. Develop automated solutions for reporting, operational control, and system integration using Python and SQL.
Requires a STEM degree (Engineering, Math, Physics, or CS) and 2 to 4 years of experience in process automation or data engineering. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with energy markets or system visualization tools is highly valued.

En estos momentos, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/una Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist cuya misión principal será impulsar la digitalización, automatización y optimización de procesos en el departamento de Energía actuando como nexo clave entre las distintas áreas del departamento, SCADA e IT para avanzar hacia un modelo más digital. Funciones principales:
Transformación de procesos manuales en procesos digitales, integrados y auditables
Diseño y desarrollo de automatizaciones para reporting, control operativo, previsiones, desvíos y comunicación con el despacho delegado.
Integración y conexión entre SCADA, EMS, plataformas de mercado, herramientas internas y sistemas del despacho delegado.
Creación de soluciones en Python, SQL, APIs y flujos automatizados, integrando capacidades de IA generativa y analítica para mejorar la trazabilidad y toma de decisiones.
Colaboración con el área de Data para validar, limpiar y estructurar datos procedentes de plantas, mercados y sistemas internos.
Automatización de comunicaciones, previsiones, notificaciones, incidencias y reporting regulatorio.
Identificación de ineficiencias, propuesta de soluciones digitales y estandarización de procesos.
Requisitos
Formación STEM: Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física, Informática o similar; valorable especialización en energía, automatización o data engineering.
Experiencia entre 2 y 4 años en automatización de procesos, data engineering o entornos energéticos.
Se valorará positivamente conocimiento de Mercados (OMIE, REE),
Dominio de Python, desarrollo de scripts, automatizaciones, ETL y conexión con APIs.
Manejo avanzado de SQL y Esperiencia en Integración de sistemas, Visualización y reporting (Power BI, Grafana u otras).
Orientación hacia la mejora continua, capacidad para estandarizar, automatizar y optimizar procesos complejos, identificando ineficiencias y proponiendo soluciones digitales escalables.
