Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs while operating sign trucks and working on lifts or rooftops. Responsibilities include reading job specifications, documenting work, and maintaining customer visibility through lighting repairs.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable work ethic, and be comfortable with physical labor and heights. While not required, MIG welding experience and electrical knowledge are considered a plus.

This job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. You'll work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. You'll install cool signs, fix busted lights, chase down outages, and make sure our customers stay visible and vibrant. Every job is different. Everyday matters. And your work literally shapes the skyline.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We're building the next generation of licensed Journeyman Sign Electricians who want more. Every Sign Tech is put on a Training Path to grow skills, learn the trade, and eventually earn the licenses that open the door to bigger pay, more complex projects, and leadership roles.
