The Project Field Technician executes scoped technical tasks for client implementation, deployment, and migration projects. This includes troubleshooting workstation, server, and network configurations under the guidance of Project Engineers and Managers.
Candidates need a high school diploma with 2-3 years of experience or a technical degree with 0-1 year of experience. A CompTIA A+ certification is required or must be obtained within six months.

The Project Field Technician is the full-time role responsible for executing scoped technical tasks in support of client implementation, deployment, and migration projects. This position requires the ability to multitask, follow structured project plans, and troubleshoot workstation, server, and network configurations under the direction of Project Engineers and Project Managers. This role is client-facing and requires professionalism in both on-site and remote interactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for client communication and project documentation. This position serves as an entry point into the Project Delivery and Engineering organization, with training and advancement opportunities available.
