Develop and maintain the annual special events calendar for multiple jewelry brands, coordinating logistics for approximately 11,000 vendor events. Act as the primary liaison between vendors and operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with promotional calendars.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting, including 1+ years in project management or retail operations. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The Special Events Scheduler is responsible for developing the requirements necessary to implement vendor special events and in-house events. Develop, coordinate, implement, update and maintain the Special Events calendar for Jared, Kay, Peoples and Zales banners, which consists of ~11,000 vendor events annually. Coordinate all vendor special events logistics to ensure seamless execution of the events. Work cross-functionally with other business partners and operations on event schedule, plans, new vendor selection, labor allocation, etc. Supports the Special Events Manager on all vendor special event initiatives and completes assigned ad hoc requests.BENEFITS AND PERKS:
