Responsible for the daily operations of the jewelry shop, including the oversight of jewelry creation and repair. This includes supervising jewelers through hiring, development, and performance management.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience as a bench jeweler. Previous leadership and retail or jewelry industry experience are preferred.
