Manage the customer experience in the service lane by greeting vehicle owners and explaining the oil change process. Oversee the flow of the drive lane and provide maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
Candidates must have a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen is required.
As a Service Advisor/Lube Technician, you will own our customers’ experience in the service lane. When working as a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with the customers, from greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the oil change process. Our Service Advisor/Lube Techs are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality.
