The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and supply chain processes. They also manage the operations team, handle performance assessments, and act as the Manager on Duty to ensure excellent client service.
Candidates should have one to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store. Strong skills in store operations, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and provide feedback to peers are required.
