The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients while maintaining store merchandising and inventory standards. They must also drive sales goals and foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment and a strong passion for beauty trends. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
