The Beauty Advisor provides personalized consultations and product recommendations to clients while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They are responsible for driving sales goals and staying updated on the latest beauty trends to educate customers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a retail or client-focused environment and possess excellent communication skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
