The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to achieve the following:
Uses strategic probing questions to fully understand the needs of your customer
Ability to use and understand different sets of tools to provide the most appropriate solutions
Enhance each customer experience by offering multiple samples and products, and guiding the customer through their purchasing journey
Consistently display attention to detail while helping resolve complex customer issues
Make sure to prioritize accuracy and the importance of measuring, so every customer has a product that will fit the first time
Confidently handle calls (inbound and outbound), and answer customers via emails, chats, and text messages
Go the extra mile every time to surprise and delight customers with your brilliant solutions
Skills/Requirements
Previous customer service/sales experience - either via phone or in-person is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
Able to type 40 words per minute
Ability to work with fractions and measurements
Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Awareness of and interest in the design, and home décor
An obsession with creating an elevated client experience
Demonstrated skills in project management
Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
Pay
$17/hour to start for training
$18/hour + commission after the four-week training period
Paid holidays
Shift/Hours
First 4 weeks (during training) you will work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday) (PST)
Our hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)
One weekend day is required (either Saturday or Sunday)
