The representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, and text to guide customers through their purchasing journey. They are responsible for resolving complex issues and ensuring accurate product measurements for custom window coverings.
Candidates should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, a typing speed of 40 wpm, and the ability to work with fractions and measurements. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
