The Coordinator manages a team of internal organizing staff to achieve goals for members in Greater Sacramento. Responsibilities include contract enforcement, member engagement, and leading campaigns for social and political issues.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in worker organizing, contract negotiations, and member representation. Fluency in Spanish and a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements.

Position Summary & Responsibilities of the Coordinator: Working under the direction of the Northern CA Staff Director, the Sacramento Office Coordinator is responsible achieving the organization’s goals & program for members throughout Greater Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will direct a team of union staff, in contract enforcement, member worksite actions and engagement on larger social/political issues facing their communities.
