The manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory control and shipping. They lead warehouse personnel, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of progressively responsible warehouse and distribution experience in a food manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and experience leading teams in a union environment are required.

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods. Leads warehouse personnel to achieve operational, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, OSHA, and company standards.The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
