The Sales Adviser is responsible for delivering high-level customer service, providing product knowledge, and meeting personal sales targets. They will also manage stock, handle shop floor merchandising, and process customer transactions.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and maintaining store standards.

About what you’ll be doing –
Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
Stock management and shop floor merchandising
Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
