The Growth Manager will own the digital growth engine, managing paid acquisition across multiple platforms and optimizing the Shopify and Amazon channels. They are responsible for driving measurable results through SEO, analytics, and the implementation of AI-powered systems.
Candidates must be active or recently active equestrians with hands-on experience in paid ad platform management. They should be self-directed AI builders capable of shipping automations and workflows independently.
