The merchandiser is responsible for unloading freight, tagging, and pricing merchandise to ensure the sales floor and back stock areas are well-stocked and organized. They also assist customers with retrieving products and maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the store.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one to three months of related experience. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
Earn $16.00 per hour plus GREAT Associate Discount on all in store purchases.
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, and holidays, but must be available to work weekends. Average hours per week is 20 hours.

Education & Experience:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma, or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
