Schaeffler Water Pump Bearing Italia è alla ricerca di un disegnatore progettista da inserire nella funzione Industrial Engineering di stabilimento.
La risorsa si occuperà di progetti relativi ad attrezzature complesse, ad apparecchiature, macchinari, impianti o loro parti principali. Dovrà impostare, con l’esecuzione del disegno complessivo, le soluzioni ottimali, le proporzioni, le dimensioni. Questo processo avverrà calcolando le componenti principali e definendo le quote, i materiali, le tolleranze, ed effettuan-do, anche in collaborazione con altri enti, studi di modifiche e/o miglioramenti da apportare a progetti già esistenti.
Infine, la risorsa supporterà attivamente ed operativamente le tecnologie CAD-CAM in stabilimento.
• Sviluppo e progettazione utensili e attrezzature
• Sviluppo e progettazione di parti macchina
• Supporto tecnico ai reparti produttivi e di supporto
• Creazione numero articolo utensili
• Gestione e archiviazione disegni
• Controllo e approvazione disegni degli utensili e attrezzature
• Controllo documenti tecnici di utensili e attrezzature in arrivo
• Assistenza e supporto tecnico durante l’ingegnerizzazione e attrezzaggi per tipi nuovi
• Progettazione e messa in funzione, ove richiesto, di attrezzature e dispositivi meccanici per la produzione.
• Laurea triennale in ingegneria
• Conoscenza ed utilizzo di programmi CAD (Creo, ProEngineer, Autocad)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Range retributivo: 28.000-35.000
